基于超声层析的混凝土碱骨料反应损伤评价

Evaluation of alkali aggregate reaction damage in concrete based on ultrasonic tomography

  • 摘要: 为提供一种无损评估碱骨料反应的有效方法, 采用直线射线模型的超声层析算法, 对实验室制备的混凝土试块进行波速图像重建, 以直观反映结构内部的损伤状况。在此基础上, 提出了一种基于波速的损伤指标, 通过声速与混凝土质量的关系, 定量评估碱骨料反应的状况。研究结果表明, 层析法能够有效区分反应性和非反应性混凝土试块。此外, 将所提方法与电学阻抗谱方法的实验结果进行比较, 两者呈现出强关联性, 进一步验证了所提方法的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide an effective method for non-destructive assessment of alkali aggregate reaction, an ultrasonic tomography algorithm using straight-line ray-trace method was used in this study to reconstruct wave velocity images of lab-prepared concrete specimen blocks, which visualized the internal status of the structure. On this basis, a wave velocity-based damage indicator is proposed to quantitatively evaluate the degree of alkali aggregate reaction through the relationship between wave velocity and concrete quality. The results show that the tomography method can effectively differentiate between reactive and non-reactive concrete specimens. In addition, the experimental results of the proposed method were compared with those of the electrical impedance spectroscopy method, which showed a strong correlation, further validating the reliability of the proposed method.
