ULTRASONIC SPOT WELDING (REVIEW)

  • 摘要: 本文综述了超声点焊的特点,参量与机制等间题。对前人作过的16个实验,分析其压紧力P,时间τ,位移振幅ξm与强度Q的关系;并分析P,τ,ξm的最佳值;对于较厚的焊件,应进行频率自动控制。机制到现在尚未弄清楚。本文介绍了三种观点:(1)完全是摩擦过程;(2)热量与塑性形变是主要的,有时发生熔化过程;(3)摩擦、塑性形变与温度均予考虑,但仍无熔化现象。最后提出了发展动向。

     

    Abstract: The present paper describes the advantages, the main parameters, and the mechanism of bonding in ultrasonic welding.
    By analysing the sixteen experiments by previous workers, the relations between respectively the clamped force P, the welding time τ, the displacement amplitude ξm, and the welding strength Q are discussed, and the critical values of P, τ, and ξm analysed.
    For welding thicker pieces, automatic frequency control should be adopted.The mechanism of bonding is not yet completely understood. It is pointed out in the paper that three different points of view have been introduced:(1) bonding is purely a frictional process; (2) heat and plastic strain are important, with melting sometimes taking place; (3) the factors of friction, plastic strain, and heat should all be taken into consideration, but still there appears no melting phenomenon. In concluding the paper, the future trend of developement is discussed.
