超声空化压力效应的测量

MEASUREMENT OF PRESSURE EFFECT OF ULTRASONIC CAVITATION

  • 摘要: 本文提供了一种测量超声空化所产生的压力效应的方法,即带尖端的波导探头方法.用这个方法测量了几种液体超声空化的压力峰值.对于水,它约为4×103大气压.
    我们研究了超声空化的压力峰值和变幅器端面振幅(相应于声压)的关系.结果表明,超声空化的压力峰值当声压达到一定值时有饱和的趋势.

     

    Abstract: A reliable method for measuring the pressure effect produced by ultrasonic cavitation is described, utilizing a waveguide probe with cusp. By this method, peak pressures of ultrasonic cavitation in various liquids were measured and it was found to be about 4 × 103 atm. in water.
    Relation between the peak pressure produced by ultrasonic cavitation and the vibration amplitude of velocity transformer at end surface was investigated. Results show that the peak pressure produced by ultrasonic cavitation tends to saturate for large amplitudes of the velocity transformer.
