摘要: 在文献1中,我们给出了一些简单而重要的单模压电振动系统在电负载下的振动特性,给出了谐振频率、位移和应力分布随电负载的变化。我们现在来讨论另一类重要而复杂一些的多模耦合的压电振动系统——压电晶体板在电端具有电负载时的厚度振动问题。结果将表明,Tiersten2分析过的压电板厚度振动的著名结果将是我们在电开路和短路条件下的特例。Abstract: The thickness vibrations of piezoelectric crystal plate whose electric terminals are loaded are investigated. The effects of the electric load to the resonant frequency, displacement and stress distribution are obtained.
