Abstract: A metrological principle for evaluating the acoustic power of pulsed sound,based on the envelope value of its pressure,is proposed.A complete system of the terminology for ultrasonic power,when this definition of the acoustic power of pulsed sound is combined with the existed terms,can then be full filled.
