挤压气膜阻尼作用研究

A study of air squeeze-film damping

  • 摘要: 本文通过薄板弯曲驻波模型,在一定假设条件下,对空气挤压膜的阻尼作用作了理论分析,导出了包括五种参量(气膜厚度、振动频率、板的结构量、气体的粘滞性和气压)的损失因数的新公式。这些公式较全面地反映了气膜阻尼的特性。以其计算两种结构的损失因数的预测值和参考文献所报道的实测值相当接近。

     

    Abstract: With a model of bend standing wave of thin plates, under some assumptions, the author analyzes the air squeeze-film damping theoretically and deduces new formulas of loss factor, which include 5 factors:the thickness of air film, the frequency of vibration, the stiffness of the plates, the viscosity and pressure of air. These formulas reveal the feature of air film damping more comprehensively. The values of loss factor calculated for two constructions with the formulas approach to thos measured for similar constructions reported in references.
