可开启式隔声罩隔声性能的统计能量分析

Statistical energy analysis of sound isolation characteristics of a removable acoustic shield

  • 摘要: 本文以大型圆柱壳体切削噪声控制所用的可开启式隔声罩为对象,以统计能量分析(SEA)为基础,建立了该框架式单层隔声罩的SEA模型,论述了该分析模型的合理性与可靠性,深入研究了模型简化、SEA子系统合并、共振与非共振声传递、缝隙漏声等相关问题,并给出了各主要SEA参数的估计方法,实现了隔声罩性能的SEA分析与隔声量预估,从而形成了工业隔声罩的隔声性能分析所普遍适用的分析方法。理论分析结果与实验结果之间良好的一致性证明了本文所述方法的合理性与可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Principle of statistical energy analysis (SEA), a model for investigation of the characteristics of a removable acoustical shield for cutting noise control with a large cylindrical shell is established.The rationality and the reliability of the model are mentioned. Approaches to deal with the simplification of the model, combinations of subsystems, resonant or nonresonant sound transmission, SEA parameters evaluation and acoustical leakage on insertion loss of the shield, etc., are studied in detail. Furthermore, theoretical analysis of the characteristics and prediction of the insertion loss of the shield are made. The method developed in the paper has a general value for analysis of the other acoustic shield's characteristics in engineering. Good agreement between the results obtained from the theoretical prediction and experiments shows that the method developed for both of the modelling and the system symplification are acceptable.
