Second-order cumulative field of a finite acoustic beam

摘要: 将有限声束分解为一系列平面波,结合声非线性相互作用理论,对有限声束的二阶积累声场进行了分析和计算。结果表明,任意两个平面波相互作用不产生二阶积累波,伴随有限声束传播所发生的二阶积累波仅是各个平面波非线性自作用的结果。此外,本文还得到了具有直观物理意义的有限声束二阶积累声场的表达式。Abstract: Analysis and numerical computation have been performed for second-order cumulative field of a finite acoustic beam, by decomposing finite acoustic beam into a set of plane waves and using second-order perturbation technique. The study indicates that there is no second-order nonlinearity for the cross-interaction of two different plane wave components, and that the sum of second-order cumulative wave caused by the self-interaction of each plane wave component constitutes ultimate second-order cumulative field of the finite acoustic beam. Moreover, the analytical expression of second-order cumulative field has been presented, which has clearly physical meaning.
