Abstract: This paper present both a small-size sensor to possess a concentric cylinedrical metal shell reinforced structure,and a 12-elements 60 m long line array being assembled by this king of sensor,They can operate especially under high temperature as well as high pressure environment and have advantage of the good stability,reliability,high sensitivity,compactly in structure.In this Paper,the design manufacture and experiment measure resulcs are given and discussed for the two of them.This apparatuse has a wide application prospects in the field of oilfield exploitation,deep sea study,seismic activity monitority and geophysical survey.Change slight configuration size of the sensor it will apply to extra-deep wall research.That will have higher practical value.
