有负载的超声弯曲变幅杆的振动特性分析

Analysis of load characteristics of ultrasonic solid horn for flexural mode

摘要: 基于传递矩阵法,介绍了负载情况下弯曲变幅杆振动分析的一般方法。作为方法的应用例,对负载情况下弯曲交幅杆的谐振频率,以及负载情况下变幅杆的放大系数进行了一些数值计算。最后验证了负载抗对变幅杆谐振频率的影响。

Abstract: Based on transfer-matrix method,the fundamental theory for the analysis of loaded ultrasonic flexural solid horns is presented.As an example,some numerical results are given for the resonance frequency and magnification of loaded solid horn.The resonant frequencies of solid horns with reactive load are verified.
