基于遗传算法的空时综合定位方法及其在数字信号处理器上的实现

Localization by space-time integration based on genetic algorithm and its realization on digital signal processors

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于遗传算法的空时积分(STI)定位方法,它能克服传统STI定位方法的运算量大或初值选取难的问题。通过采取降采样、并行计算和自适应处理等方法,解决遗传算法本身存在的不成熟收敛和实时性差的缺陷,使STI定位方法能有效地、精确地进行水下目标定位。该定位方法是在DSP上实现,充分考虑了DSP自身的特点。正是遗传算法和DSP系统的有效结合使得该STI定位方法具有一定的实用性。

     

    Abstract: A method of localization by STI based on genetic algorithm is presented. This method of localization can solve the problems of traditional methods - requirement of large computation or difficulties in initial value selection. The limitations of the genetic algorithm, such as immature convergence and bad real-time property, are resolved by means of down-sampling, parallel computation, adaptive processing and so on, which makes the method effective and accurate in the localization of underwater target. This method of localization is realized on DSP with consideration of DSP's specialties. It's the combination of DSP and Genetic Algorithm that makes the method of localization by STI applicable.
