  • 摘要: 提出近似零伪范数约束的稀疏压缩与重构方法。该方法首先采用稀疏二进制矩阵作为测量矩阵,对信号进行压缩和传输;在接收端仅给定测量矩阵和压缩信号的条件下,采用小波滤波器设计字典,利用最陡梯度法寻优和投影方法求得信号的稀疏表达,最终结合稀疏表达值与字典用于水声数据重建,海试实验结合扫频以及单载频信号进行处理,采用NMSE、SNR以及算法运行时间作为算法的评估指标,以验证本文方法相对于传统算法在恢复精度上的提高。
    Abstract: An approximate l0 norm (AL0) based method is proposed for data compression and reconstruction. The method firstly uses sparse binary matrix as a measurement matrix, to compress and transmit the signal; At the received terminal, only the compression matrix and compressed signal are given, this paper uses the wavelet filter bank to design dictionary matrix, adopts the steepest gradient and projection method for searching the sparse signal representation. Finally, combining sparse signal representation and the designed dictionary matrix, this paper reconstructs the compressed data. At-sea experiments including chirp signal and single-carrier signal processing, NMSE, SNR and running time of several methods to evaluate the improved accuracy performance of the proposed method.
