Grey cusp catastastrophe model of AE parameters and its application in fracture analysis of concrete material

Based on the mechanism of acoustic emission (AE) during the loading process and combined with the grey Theory and Catastrophe Theory,the Grey cusp catastrophe model of AE parameters has been establiBhed.By using this model the catastrophe of the AE parameters during the loading proding Process can be analysed.Therefore the failure of the material can be discriminated and predicted.The catastrophe point of the AE rate of concrete material given in this paper is importal for the fracture study.
