Applications of sonic soot cleaning techniques

Although the sonic soot cleaning techniques have been applied in boilers in power plants,petrochemical works and general industries world wide, still most of the correlated basic problems have not been well solved. In this paper, several applications are analysed as examples to demonstrate the effectiveness. Some basic phenomena and unsolved problems are revealed. The course of researches and applications of sonic soot cleaning development is discussed.
