The simulation and test of the annular traveling wave ultrasonic motor

The stator of all annular traveling wave ultrasonic motor is simplified as an annular plate. Under the assumption of a distributed spring-rigid body contact model between the stator and rotor, an analytical model of the annular traveling wave ultrasonic motor is constructed. Furthermore thesimulation and test are completed. The results of the experiments and simulations prove the validity of the analytical model.
