The influence on friction force by ultrasonic vibration

  • Ultrasonic vibration is applied widely.Many scholars paid more attention to the influence on friction forceby ultrasonic vibration.In this paper,the problem was studied in theory and experiment.On the condition of ultrasonicvibration,based on the theory calculation,the friction properties of several materials are acquired by periment,thereason of friction reduction in resonance was also analyzed,In addition,tungsten carbide and 45#steel are ideal frictionmaterials for ultrasonic motor,which is approved in experiment.
