Abstract
In this paper, the sound radiation characteristics of secondary sources are analysed theoretically and experimentally. A kind of tripole discrete secondary sources is designed. Acceleration signal input method of secondary systems is introduced. Experimental results of the global attenuation of three-dimensional noise fields in a low frequency range are given and discussed for the extreme acoustical laboratory conditions of anechoic chamber and reverberation room.
