TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENTS OF ULTRASONIC PROPAGATION TIME AND EFFECTIVE ELASTIC MODULI IN LiTaO3 AND LiNbO3 SINGLE CRYSTALS

  • The phase velocity of ultrasonic waves at room temperature, temperature coefficients of ultrasonic propagation time and velocity, and effective elastic moduli measured for single crystals of lithium tantalate and lithium niobate by the Pulse-Echo-Overlap Method within the temperature range -100℃-100℃ are noted.
