Abstract
Infrasound and magnetic field are used to treat Aspergillus Niger. And we find that the production rate of critic acid, the activity of enzyme and the weight of hypha are all increased at the same rate. Also,these two methods are used to treat some enzymes and distilled water and we get an increase in absorbands of UV spectra of them, similar to the effects obtained, by increasing the concentration of onzymes or by increasing the temperature of water.
