Abstract
The method of phase data time delay estimation based on high order spectrum is put forward.If the received signal at each sensor is not corrupted by spatially correlated Gaussian noise, the traditional co-spectrum phase data method exhibits a better performance. However, the method yields ambiguous results when the noise terms at the two sensors are correlated. The method proposed in this article can alleviate the problem and give an explicit result. The time delay precision can be improved by using weighting function in the frequency domain.
