Trouble diagnosing for register-phase beamformers

  • This paper presents a new method of automatic trouble-diagnosing for the resister-phase shift beamformer and gives some experimental results. By using this system, the trouble from any beamformer can quickly be detected and located, then the computer is informed, so that the sonar operator can take necessary measures in time.
