The inversion of V(z,w) from a model of acoustic microscope

  • The transient pulse echo of acoustic microscope has been computed by a timedomain boundary element method and electro mechanical reciprocity theory.A simple equation of the pulse echo has been obtained under some approximation and a frequency depth inversion method has been forwarded.
