Abstract
Transfer matrix method is introduced to the vibration analysis of ultrasonic flexural solid horn.The equationsfor resonant frequency,magnification and shape factor of solid horn are derived.As an example,some numerical resultsare given for cone solid horn.The method is verified experimently.The study show that transfer matrix method is anefficient method in the analysis of ultrasonic flexural solid horn.
