Abstract
In order to explore the biological effects of high-power underwater acoustic signals on the lungs of waterentering mammals, taking Bama miniature pig with special underwater breathing device as the experimental object,high-power continuous acoustic wave as the means of exposure was adopted to carry out intense acoustic radiation on the miniature pig with normal signs under water. The injury effect of underwater intense sound on the lung organ of mammals was analyzed Sby means of gross anatomy and observation of micro-pathological images with HE staining. In the sinusoidal band of 300~10 kHz,when the sound pressure level is higher than 190 dB,lung injury of different degrees occurs. The biological effect of high-power underwater acoustic wave on the lungs of entering mammals was significant.Under the same sound pressure level, underwater continuous wave of 3 kHz had the largest effect on pathological injury to the lungs of experimental animals.
